For hungry people

How does ordering work?

Find a truck on the map or by searching, pick your food and a pickup time (or ASAP), and place the order. On card-enabled trucks you pay right then; on others you pay at the window. We email you (and text you, if you gave a number) the moment your order is ready.

Why is there a $0.99 fee?

That's the skip-the-line fee, and it's the platform's entire business model. Trucks list for free and keep their full menu prices; your dollar keeps the lights on and the line short.

Where's my order?

Your dashboard shows every order and its live status: pending (waiting on the truck), accepted (they're cooking), ready (go get it), completed. If an order sits pending unusually long, the truck may be slammed; message or call them at the window.

Can I cancel?

Yes, while it's still pending, from the order page. Once the truck accepts and starts cooking, it can't be cancelled. If a truck declines your paid order, you're refunded automatically (5-10 business days to appear on your card).

The truck says sold out. Now what?

Stock counts are live, so what you see is what's actually left. Follow the truck on the map and catch them next service.

For truck owners

What does it cost?

Nothing. No subscription, no commission on your food. Customers pay a $0.99 skip-the-line fee on card orders; you keep your full menu price minus only standard card processing on your own sales.

How do I get set up?

Create an account, tap "Put your truck on here," and build your menu. Ten minutes. If you were handed a card by one of us, we'll do the whole setup for you at your window, free.

How do payments and payouts work?

Connect Stripe from your truck's manage page (about five minutes, on your phone). Customers then pay when they order, and Stripe deposits your money directly to your bank, typically within two business days. Until you connect, your orders are simply pay-at-pickup.

How do I hear about new orders?

Email instantly, and a text message if you add an alerts number on your truck page. Your live queue is on the manage page: accept, mark ready, complete.

How do I update my location?

On your truck's edit page, tap "Use my current location" when you're parked, set today's hours, and flip the open toggle. You'll show green on the live map immediately.

What's the $50 referral thing?

Anyone who introduces us to a truck gets $50 after that truck's first five completed orders. If someone sent you, put their name and number in the "Who sent you?" box when you create your truck.
